On Site Labour is $12.75/Hr per staff - over 175 people there is no charge for on-site wait staff labour (maximum of 3 hours) Gratuity is based on the Food Purchase at 10 % - 15%.

HST Applies at 15%

Everything from tents/yurts, barbecues, tables, chairs, centerpieces, linens, glassware, china and cutlery can be arranged through Catering Unlimited using the rental company of your choice. In the Halifax/Dartmouth area we recommend MacFarlands Party Rentals.
